In THE OKLAHOMAN, Darnell Mayberry writes that "the Hornets have finalized an agreement with the Chicago Bulls to send forward PJ Brown and guard J.R. Smith to Chicago in exchange for center Tyson Chandler, Brown's agent, Mark Bartelstein, said Wednesday.
